Fully Automatic Cylindrical Steam Sterilizer

Sterilization Chamber:

The sterilization chamber has a quadrangular section, in mirror polished
ANSI 316L austenitic stainless steel, of adequate thick-ness for the relative pressure (- 1 to 2.5 bar) and operating temperatures up to 1340C, which is also corrosion and to the operating thermomechanical cycles.

Powerful Vacuum Systems:

The appliance has a powerful vacuum system consisting of a sin-
gle-stage pump with a liquid ring that ensures excellent removal of the air during the pre-vacuum stage and excellent drying during the post-vacuum stage. The pump is instilled on special anti-vi-bration mounts that reduce noise whilst ensuring high levels of protection. By using steam/vacuum pulses during the pre-vacuum stage, all the air is removed to ensure excellent penetrability of the steam inside the load.

Touch Screen Display:

The control display has an actual display size of 4 inches colour touch screen. Various pages appear on the display, however, the following always appear.

The data indicated are those referred to the basic sterilization parameters and every change in phase besides the date, time, cycle result, operator code, batch, FO, etc. Furthermore the cycle number is also indicated in sequential order together with the diagram indicating the pressure and temperature. Thanks to the management system designed and created by SHARKCLAVE, which allows the continuous comparison of the parameters detected by the management system as well as the control system (safety), the print report at the end of the cycle will contain the direct certification whether the cycle has completed successfully or it has failed.

Sterilization Cycles

The following cycles can be obtained:

  • Sterilization cycle at 134°C for 5 min. for textiles, porous mate-rials in general, empty glassware and in any case, for anything that is temperature resistant
  • Sterilization cycle at 121°C for 20 min. for gloves, catheters and rubber materials in general
  • Sterilization cycle at 134°C for 5 min. for surgical instruments
  • Prion sterilization cycle at 134°C for 18 minutes
  • Flash sterilization cycle at 134°C for 3 min. (OPTIONAL) for instruments that are not packaged
  • Steam penetration test cycle (Bowie & Dick)
  • Vacuum tightness test cycle for 10 min Open cycle (from Ol up to 20 pre-set as textile cycles)

Construction

Complete stainless steel heavy gauge construction- Triple walled unit consisting of a chamber with steam jacket and outer insulation cover, single & double door, steam generator, pipeline- all made of SS304/304L/316/316L grade stainless steel, argon welded. Thickness of material as per customer specification up to 12mm

Hydrostatic Test

Hydraulically tested chamber up to 2.5 times the working pressure and jacket up to 1.5 times the working pressure

Door System

Single & double door made of SS316/316L grade stainless steel with sliding locking system- it has effective sealing mechanism with inflatable silicon rubber gasket

Safety Devices

Digital pressure sensors, temperature sensors, safety valve, vacuum breaker, low water cut-off, self locking of door actuated when chamber under pressure
